Day 1 - Entebbe Airport - Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport. You will be met by our Adroa Senior guide and driven to your hotel. Depending on your time of arrival, we can either have a visit in the historic Boranical gardens in Entebbe or take a city tour of the Capital Kampala.

Day 2 - Entebbe - Ngamba Island - Mabamba Swamp
We’ll travel by boat to Ngamba Island today. We will then go to the chimpanzee sanctuary to see how the island’s rescued chimpanzees are cared for. It’s interesting to learn about the chimpanzees and the island’s history.After lunch, we’ll return to Mabamba through a beautiful sunset boatride for dinenr and rest.

Day 3 - Mabamba Swamp
Today, after a bountiful breakfast, we will have a coffee tasting experience where we will observe and participate in the journey of coffee making from farm to cup.

We will then proceed to drive to Kidepo National Park. The morning dawns with clear views of Mount Moroto and adjoining Mount Kadama as we go through “Pian Up,” Uganda’s second-largest conservation area, which is also well-known for its cheetahs and common ostrich. The roan antelope, one of the largest antelopes in the world and one of the rarest to view, may also be found in this game reserve.
Due to the length of the drive, we will stop in Mount Moroto for lunch, dinner, and some downtime.
On arrival, we can spend a rewarding time with the local Karamojong living around Mt. Moroto and unwind.

Day 4 - Mabamba - Lake Mburo National Park
After a bountiful breakfast, We will have a swift scenic road transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. With the help of the park rangers, we can explore the park and its inhabitants on foot, by bicycle, or by horseback thanks to the no-predator opportunity.
Later in the night, we have the option to continue with a nocturnal game drive(30$) with high possibilities of Leopard sightings.
Another optional activity regarding culture is visiting the local farmers in order to milk their famous long horned Ankole cows and prepare Ghee(a local type of butter).

Day 5 - Lake Mburo National Park - Kitwe or Mbarara
After breakfast, we’ll take a nature walk within the National Park striding among the majestic Zebras and Antelopes, optionally ride a bike or take a horseback ride for $25 and $70 respectively.
Today, after breakfast, we will drive to Kitwe or Mbarara and experience Ankole cultural activities such as cow milking, basket weaving, clay pot making, and much more. We will experience decades of preserved and still practiced methods that the Ankole used in their day-to-day lives.
Unwind at the sound of cultural entertainment and have dinner at the hotel.

Day 6 - Kitwe or Mbarara - Lake Bunyonyi
Today, we’ll drive to Lake Bunyonyi for lunch and a slow and calm day to relax on the shores of this lake, home to a variety of bird species and a thousand islands.
Later in the evening, we will visit Tom, a brilliant and wise storyteller, on his island to hear stories about the lake, local culture, and his time serving his country with a bonfire warming our souls.
We will have a local and delicious dinner at his place and then take our boat cruise through the night back to our hotel.

Day 7 - Lake Bunyonyi - Lake Mutanda
We can visit the pygmy tribe in the Kigezi highlands after breakfast as an optional activity.
Later, make your way to Lake Mulehe or Lake Mutanda to enjoy a leisurely afternoon by the lake.

Day 8 - Lake Mutanda - Bwindi
After breakfast we will visit the Mgahinga National Park, the only place where Silver (Silverback gorillas) meet Gold (Golden Monkey).
We will have a 2-hour nature walk in the park looking for this gorgeous and very photogenic and playful monkey. We will also see many species of birds and other primates.
Alternatively, hiking one of Virunga volcanoes may interest you.
Later we drove to Bwindi for a rest before the big day.

Day 9 - Bwindi
Alas! Tracking the Gorilla Beringei!
Leaving early in the morning with your ranger and guide to look for one of the most fascinating and endangered species in the world, the Mountain Gorilla! Depending on the region from where we look for them, the walk might take anywhere from one to five hours and can be rather taxing. To help you with your luggage, you can hire a porter.
One of our closest cousins will be your host for an hour or more. An encounter you won’t soon forget.
As an optional excursion in the afternoon and evening, we may see the pygmies for $30 per person, or we can call it a day and relax at the hotel.

Day 10 - Bwindi - Ishasha - Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast today, we’ll begin our journey into the park’s Ishasha region, home to lions that can scale trees. Because of difficulties spotting their prey and the savannah’s dense grass, they acquired a habit of climbing the trees to get a vantage point.
Have Lunch and proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. For an overnight stay, quiet dinner and rest at the lodge to charge up for tomorrow’s activities.

Day 11 - Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early morning breakfast, check-in at the park office and start your morning safari. There are high possibilities to see animals like Elephants, Antelopes, Lions, leopards, Uganda Kobs, Warthogs, Buffaloes, Bush-backs, Duikers and of course beautiful species of birds.
An optional opportunity to engage in predator tracking is available. Lion tracking involves following both male and female lions, and it is possible to go off-route.
In the afternoon, we will drive to the north of Lake Edward within the Mweya Peninsula where we will go for a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. This is the right time to meet animals coming downstream to quench their thirst. Moreover, aquatic animals like Crocodiles, Nile monitor lizards, Water Birds like pelicans, stocks, cormorants, and other species of birds. The largest schools of Hippos in the whole of Africa live in the Kazinga channel.
We drive back to the lodge through the channel track where you will witness herds of elephants coming from the channel back to their grazing land, return to the lodge for dinner, and overnight at the lodge/hotel.
Regarding a community tour, as an afternoon optional activity, we can visit the local communities in Lake Katwe and interact with them and their salt mining techniques as well as observe the hundreds of flamingos that enjoy the salty water. Another community activity is experiencing the local farming life and techniques of coffee, honey, and cotton harvesting.

Day 12 - Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kibale National Park
After breakfast we will journey to Kibale National Park. Before arriving at the lodge for lunch and check-in, we will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Rwenzori Mountains, which are known as the Mountains of the Moon. Traveling down the Albertine Escarpment, which is part of the East African Rift Valley’s western arm, passing by beautiful scenery, traditional villages, and stunning views.
Arrive at Kibale Forest in time for check-in and lunch.
After lunch, have a nature walk along 2 of the hundreds of crater lakes, which are thought to have been formed by the earliest humans—Gods—who descended from the sky millions of years ago.
On our way, we will learn about local herbs and medicine and the traditional way of living.
Later , have dinner and rest at the hotel.

Day 13 - Kibale National Park - Semiliki National Park
Today, we’ll travel to Semiliki National Park, a haven for wildlife with 400 different bird species, 53 different mammal species, and several native tree and butterfly species.
We can visit the stunning waterfall and the Sempaya hot springs with their scorching water and stunning hues emanating from the earth’s noxious breaths. In the spring, you can boil an egg to experiment. A trip through the forest takes you to the Congolese jungle. This park features birds from the neighboring country of Congo for birdwatchers. In Uganda, it is true that uncommon species like the Black Wattled Hornbill and the Congo Serpent Eagle are hard to find.
Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 14 - Semiliki National Park - Murchison Falls National Park
Today, we will travel for a full day to Murchison Falls National Park, which is arguably Uganda’s most picturesque national park. The park is divided by the River Nile into dry savannah and green jungle, with countless species of birds, mammals, reptiles, primates, and other animals making their homes in the incredible ecosystem.

Day 15 - Murchison Falls National Park
We will proceed on a game drive or safari after breakfast so that we can get a feel of the animals and the scenery of this lovely park.
On a good day, it’s possible to observe lions, elephants, giraffes, herds of buffalo, hyenas, antelopes, and several bird species.
Later, return for lunch at the lodge before making your way to the River Nile’s mooring area for a boat cruise with the beautiful sunset and waterfall backdrop.
Animals playing, cooling down, and cleansing themselves while lounging near this aquatic wonderland may be seen during the boat ride. When we get to the bottom of one of the largest waterfalls in the world, the entire Nile flows through an expansive gorge that is 7 meters wide.
We will go on a mini safari as we head back to the hotel where we will rest and dine.

Day 16 - Murchison falls National Park - Ziwa
At our earliest today, we’ll go on a pre-breakfast safari to see nature at its best and drive over waterfalls.
Following the activities, we will eat a hearty breakfast before setting off for Ziwa Sanctuary.
We will check in to our accommodation and after lunch, we can track the Rhinos if you have the will and are rested. We can also track the next morning, before heading to Jinja.
An optional activity is an afternoon nature walk to get a better feeling of the sanctuary.
Later have dinner and relax.

After breakfast, we will go on a rhino tracking excursion to witness one of our Big 5 species, which encompasses more than 30 rhinos that roam the sanctuary.
We will later make our way to Jinja where Lake Victoria gives birth to the river Nile to check in and have lunch.
Later, have a sunset boat cruise at dusk and unwind at the lodge on the Nile.
